Any merchandise must be returned at the customer’s expense and must have an RMA number marked on it. Typically refundeds are processed in 2 to 3 business days after receiving return. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your refund to fully process and return to the card it was charged from. No returns are credited if they are not accompanied by an RMA number.
